Other than the change of publisher, everything else will continue as before - the same editorial and customer services team, the same contact addresses and telephone numbers.  If you pay by direct debit or continuous credit card, you don't need to do anything.  Fleet Street Publications will continue to collect the payments but as of 1 May 2010 will be doing so on behalf of MoneyWeek Limited.

Like Fleet Street Publications before it, MoneyWeek Limited will be authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, so you will have the same rights and protections as you had before the change of publisher. MoneyWeek Limited will have FSA registration number 509798, though please note that it will not appear on the FSA register until 1 May 2010.

Confirmation of Your Order

Within two working days of your order you will be sent an 'order receipt' email. This confirms receipt of your order. It will not contain the payment details provided by you.

In the event of any non-authorisation of your card, a customer services representative will contact you by telephone, if you have supplied your number, or by email, to check the details you have supplied, and re-try the authorisation process. Again, if we contact you by email, the email will not contain any of your payment details.

Ending a subscription

We are entitled to terminate your subscription at any time by refunding the proportion of your subscription fee which relates to the issues we do not send to you.
